FORMS SECTIONS & TABLES INSERTING LINES

Once the table is ready with data, insert lines which are solid, 0.5cm in thickness. To insert lines, click on the panel, select the shapes option and select the line.

With the help of the table guide, draw the lines against each eld, make sure to switch off the snap tool before drawing the line. To switch off the snap tool,go to click on . Make sure all the options are unchecked except “Align to Margin”.

This would allow you to freely move around the line. Press the “SHIFT” key on your keyboard for a straight line and make sure the lines don't extend not till the end. Leave a 0.3cm gap between the ends. The following visual demonstrates the positioning of these lines.
